Growing up happens in a heartbeat.
They say that the older you get, the faster time seems to pass. Sadly, this seems to be becoming more and more true.
It seems as though I blink and my nephew, Robbie is a little bit taller and a little bit wiser. “Son-a” he announced the other day as he turned around to look at me, the first time he has ever attempted to say my name.
He’s growing up right before our very eyes, and we need to remember to treasure these moments whilst we still can. I took these photos to capture Robbie as he is now, lost in a world of his imagination and captivated by the most ordinary of things, so that one day we can look back and know that we never missed a thing.
