Don’t be afraid of going slow, just be afraid of standing still.
One of my greatest fears is settling. Settling for a job that isn’t suited to me, settling for a relationship that doesn’t excite me, settling for a life that is mediocre at best. It’s an interesting mindset - it’s one that leaves you constantly hunting for more, which unfortunately may not be the best one either.
Can you ever truly be happy if you are always looking for the next best thing?
I started photography in September 2023, after buying my first Canon camera. This shoot with Rozelle was the first that I ever did. On a lovely warm Thursday, we took a trip to the Ellenbrook Fields near Ocado, and experimented with directing, modelling and photography.
Since then I’ve learnt a lot and although there will always be more to learn, as long as I'm learning, I’m not standing still.
